Development of Training and Support System to Raise Awareness of Work-Life Balance


The main objective is to provide SME owners and managers with the knowledge, competencies and skills to put work-life balance (WLB) at the heart of their cultures and their strategic plans. For this an integral awareness, information and training plan will be developed, which will provide them with needed knowledge, competencies and skills to design and implement their WLB policies and strategies. Special focus will be on European SMEs of the service sector, as this sector is very much affected by the 24/7 lifestyle.
